Information submitted through the contact form is used to respond to your enquiry about training. It is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Booking details are used to reserve your place in a course, to communicate the training location and schedule, and to keep accurate class rosters.

The Waiver of Liability, Hold Harmless and Indemnification is retained as a record of your participation agreement and is accessible only to A-Zone Performance.

Payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor. Card details are entered with that processor and are not stored by A-Zone Performance.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your browser stores your theme preference and any in-progress booking details so you can resume where you left off. You can clear this at any time using the Clear Booking control in the booking flow, or by clearing your browser storage.

Booking and waiver records are retained for as long as required for safety, insurance and legal purposes. Retention periods will be confirmed following legal review.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion where retention is not legally required.
